The whole objective of this website is to help you, your life, ministry, purpose to move forward and experience more joy and peace than you can imagine.  The products, information and services are all designed with much prayer and attention to making your life one that's filled with joy.  If you purchase a product and you are not happy or satisfied; if you feel it's not what you expected, you may return it and ask for a refund. If you sign up for a coaching experience with Susan David and after even one coaching session you do not feel that she is a right fit for you, you may cancel any further appointments and coaching sessions and receive a full refund of your fees.  Our purpose here is to add to your life the happiness you so deserve and work towards a relationship that delivers the expected end so you can experience the success you signed up for. So Susan gives you her 'happiness guarantee'.  Not all personalities are a good fit, but here we try our best to make sure you are satisfied with every coaching session.  Your initial session with Susan is at no cost when you sign up for the complimentary 30 minute session. If you send us an email, we will only use the information you send to respond to your inquiry. If you subscribe to Susan’s Crossroad Newsletter, sign up for a Teleclass, Coaching Club or purchase a product from Susan’s Store, we will also place you on our mailing list to receive monthly newsletters. We will also occasionally mail you offers and information we feel will enhance your life and be productive to you. You will always have an opt-out link so you may unsubscribe at any time you choose.

Your name, contact information and communication/ correspondence with Susan David or her employees will never be disclosed to any party outside of Coach Susan’s coaching practice, except as required by federal, state or local law or as you permit us to disclose, such as via your testimonial. Anyone working with this practice signs a confidentiality statement.

These policies are in force regardless of whether you are a paying client or not and we will keep your information confidential.
