Services:

Coaching is done by telephone. It has proven to be effective and efficient. It removes the necessity for travel time, gas money and has no geographical barriers. Talking by phone has proven to be a very comfortable and non-threatening process which only enhances the coaching relationship.

Protocol is for the client to call the coach at the appointed time.

Coaching entails a session on the same day, at the same time, once a month, 2, 3 or 4 times per month.  Each session lasts 60 minutes. The frequency of sessions can always be adjusted according to the clients needs. Sessions typically occur for a minimum of one month, and can continue for several months, depending on the clients goals and desires.

While you will experience benefits from the first session, we all realize that change takes time. Making changes that become habits does not happen over night. The process involves time, commitment and energy. Therefore, I recommend a minimum of a 3-month coaching commitment, however this is not required and some help is better than no help at all.  Time is of the essence for so many in need.

The coaching relationship can be terminated by either party at any time.

Relationship and Family Coaching - Pre-Nuptial/ Post Nuptial expert

Individuals, as well as spouses, parents, and/or whole families can be coached and supported. Relationships have at least two sides. The ideal is to get all the parties together if possible. If not possible, working with an individual can make his or her approach in a relationship better which in turn can influence the other party or parties to make the whole relationship better.

Bullying - I Help Kids Being Bullied
             -  I Help the 'Bully' Stop Hurting Others

We need to do our part to stamp out bullying.  I am an expert in helping both sides to see
their part in bullying.  I can help your child if someone is targeting him/her to intimidate,
hurt, control or manipulate them.  Get your child some help, they will not share all the
pain they are experiencing because it's too deep.  Move forward on this, protect your
child.

If your child has been labeled a bully, please get them help now.  I help the bully see who
he/she really is and the true reason why they are here. (we all have a mission while here
on earth.) I help them see who they are and discover purpose. Then I direct them into that
mission so that the energy they used to use for evil, to hurt those around them, they now use for good.  (this child must be willing to talk with me over the phone)

I give total refunds to those kids parents if they do not see some absolute positive change within 3 sessions in their child's behavior.  So with that said, I guarantee your solution is forthcoming or your money back.

Life Transitions/ Life Balance

As we walk through life we all walk through transitions of some sort. Change happens, some of it welcomed, others are not. It’s like we’re all walking a bridge between what we’re leaving behind and what lies ahead. Some examples of change are relocating or moving, retirement, divorce, death, career change, illness, accidents, family crisis or natural disasters. An array of different emotions dropped on us, in stages of life, can bring with it confusion, self-doubt, sadness and many other emotions. A coach can help you recognize whether you are dealing with the feelings that just go with change. If there are signs of hopelessness or of being so stuck that the person cannot move forward, the coach will refer the client for counseling.

Life balance can seem like a juggling act. Often we struggle to find time for the things that matter most to us because our days are crowded with trivial tasks and responsibilities. Life balance coaching will help you figure out what’s most important to you and help you develop a plan to get there. Often times we pursue someone else’s vision or chase after what the world says we should value. We deal with the urgent rather than the important. Finding and pursuing the passion God placed within you is the delight of life balance coaching.

Fees and Packages:

Fees are based on 60 minute sessions.

Fees are due on the first of every month. If you begin mid month, your fee for that month will be based on the portion of services received. You may pay by Paypal or Bill-pay.
