Code of EthicsI will honor Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior in all I do, individually and corporately, and in all my relationships with family, friends, colleagues, and those I minister to. I will strive to keep my individual walk with Christ fresh, authentic, and first in my life. I will resist those things that seek to crowd it out of that position. I seek to maintain the highest levels of integrity and honesty in all I do. I will seek to improve myself physically, emotionally, spiritually, and relationally. No activity, relationship, or task will become more important than my walk with Christ and my relationship with my husband and family. I will maintain complete confidentiality with those I minister with, within the confines of the law. I will not release the names of those I coach or serve in any way without their permission. I will be open, honest, and upfront about the services I provide and what I do not provide, about the fees for my service, and what others can expect as they work with me. I will give credit where credit is due in the things that I say, write, and teach. I will not compromise my religious faith, beliefs, or values for any reason, including marketing, promotions or financial reasons. I will develop, with the input of others and the Holy Spirit, those niches and areas of ministry that I am called to serve. I submit my work to Jesus Christ and will work outside those areas only on a clear leading from Christ. I will continue to put aside my own ego as a motivating source and seek to do only that which Christ calls me to do. I will seek the wisdom and discernment from the Holy Spirit to know the difference. I will live in obedience to Christ, not intimidated by others who choose to be the report card or give the testimony on who I am, but I will resist all efforts, spiritual or carnal, that seek to veil the purpose he has placed within me. For his word tells me that He lives in me and I in Him. Therefore, I choose to let my life reflect His glory. |
